For some reason I had not gotten the original post on this subject. However, there is another, besides the Seasonal Alopecia and HypoThyroidism that could be the culprit, which are fairly easy to clear up. That is Cushings Disease, and yes, for sure, hair just falls out in big clumps with that. It is a dreadful disease. Do a search and you'll find a lot of pages on it on the vet sites.
