another question from newbie mom!

 

Okay so I know I"m a proud new mommy and I just posted another cute pic of SUGAR to my album! its adorable, she's sleeping with her paws over her nose and looks like she's praying. I am trying to make that PIC the cover of her album. I've done everything it says, TO MAKE IT THE COVER but its not working!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!
