There are many things that can cause this. Let's start with the two most common, allergies or nerves. In either case you really NEED to find out what is causing them since either problem can continue to mushroom. Allergies can be life threatening, nerves can make for a really miserable life.

I know there are people who will just treat the symptoms, but knowing what and dealing with the problem really is your best bet.
