LOL!!! Thanks Lisa! I did not even consider that idea! I just automatically
think of the mallet version<G> to me, the other stuff is marinade and it is
not the stuff labeled meat tenderizer, I just use my own blend<G> yeah, I
can see someone wondering why they would use that to break up the bones.
But, Karon said to do it, so, OK..how long will this take, I wonder?

I want to clarify one thing Karon wrote just in case.
When she mentions "meat tenderizer" she doesn't mean something like Adolf's
or a marinade. She's referring to a piece of kitchen equipment that looks
like a mallet with a head with multiple sized protrusions used to beat on
meat to break up the strands holding meat together or, in this case, smash
the bones.
Sorry to insult those who know this, but having had a funny situation where
I said "use a meat tenderizer to pound the meat flatter" ... and the
generally non-cook used the JAR of tenderizer .......
