RE: [boxer lovers] Puppy purchase contracts

I will easily be able to sue for the money I paid her. Any court in the land will look at the electronic conversations we had and the evidence of the monies paid and give me judgment.

The case now is, is it worth it?  I can't go ban on her door every day demanding she satisfy the judgment. I can't spend time in her courthouse filing leans, on the credit score sites checking to see if she has a new job or bought a new car or even collect her stud dogs for sale to satisfy the debt.

I need an attorney to do these things and even to collect the money, I'll need a collections attorney. They don't work for free.

I need contracts that state not only do people who don't hold up their end of the bargain have to repay what they have been paid but if they don't they are also responsible for attorney's fees and court costs incurred in bringing suit or collecting. Otherwise, my attorneys fees may not be included in my judgment and the cost of collecting can be as much or more than the money this little thief owes me.

and anyway you look at it, she is at fault. As Lisa said, *the puppy died
in her care! *How did that happen???
You have her on both ends of the stick - why would she expect You to pay
her for a dead puppy? Or even a live-one after what she has put you
through,.
Keep going with this as quickly as possible. Time is somewhat important of
course.
Post on some site that may be out there entitled "Bad Boxer Breeders" or
whatever. Just do a search. Let the appropriate kennel club know but for
sure AKC; there are lots of sites. Even start a small web page (not what I
mean - there is somewhere else you can post but not sure of the name)s
