Subject: White Boxie dogs
Well, brown brindle or white, Boxer or most any breed, just as humans do, most dogs like to lay in the sun.
That doesn' mean they KNOW they will not be burnt or suffer heat stroke, and related issues; we all love laying in the sun and often forget to get outta it soon enough.
So just because your white Boxer liked it it is up to you/us a their caregivers to ensure they do not lay in the hot sun; leave them indoors through the heat of the day for goodness sake and then you don't need to buy a summer wardrobe ---as well as a winter one.
Whether we like to admit it or not, dogs will burn as much as we will and most certainly the white hairs with smooth coats.
Don't blondes generally burn faster while brunettes tend to tan faster?
