Re: [boxer lovers] Re: Rainbow Bridge for Giant George

I want to thank Ed for passing on the sad news of Gentle George's death.  I am sure his death affects all of us in many ways, but certainly none more so than his 2-legged parents, David and Christy.
I know that  within the sorrow and pain and heavy hearts there is a spark of light for the wonderful wonderful privilege they had in having George a part of their lives, their families and their souls.
We all learn so many valuable lessons in sharing life with 4 legged friends - and some of those lessons make us better people for having known our fur friends
Kind thoughts to all.

That is so sad.  People in the group do have other breeds too.  The death of any pet is so devastating
