She may also be able to give you information on other breeders (you don't say where you are located) of wirehaired dachshunds. I only have longhairs, so can't help you. Do any of you own a wirehair? They are so popular everywhere but in the USA. I don't know why that is. I rarely see them except at the dog shows. I don't know who the reputable breeders are in the US or who shows them. In other words, I don't know nothin!
