Thanks for the nice words.
Rufus and his friends keep me cracking up daily and I love him so much.
In 6 days (and counting) we'll be expanding our family to include a 8 week pup from our local rescue person on a temp to probably permanent situation. I just want to be certain Rufus gets along with the female pup; I don't anticipate any problems since he is so well socialized but… my rescue person recommended approaching it as a pure foster situation and if it works all the way around, we'll do the paperwork to make it permanent.
Point being: there will be a NEW character on the scene. So be certain to check back with us on Rufus on the Web to see the pictures: http://wp.me/27Fw1; you can even subscribe (bottom right hand side). I publish new posts daily and on some occasions twice. But there's never any spam or solicitation, just photos of doxies to warm the heart.
Happy MLK Day and Happy Monday!!!

What a handsome boy that Rufus is. I'm owned by Joey, Hannah, both 2 and my newest addition Taffy estimated to be 4. Joey and Hannah are red smoothies, and Taffy is a chocolate and tan smoothie.

Dachshunds are like potato chips, you can't have just one.

I'm so glad to see people posting also. A few of these message boards have been taken over by spam (or so it seems) and I feared this was one of them.
I belong to Rufus, a 7-year-old red smooth miniature dachshund, and we call Los Angeles home.
If you want to see some photos of Rufus and his friends, please feel free to visit us at Rufus on the Web: http://rufusontheweb.wordpress.com/ I promise it's not SPAM or solicitation, it' just a venue I use to showcase my favorite pictures of my doxie.
