check her for gluten intolerance, gluten can cause problems with ears, gluten can effect any organ

Thanks for your response. I don't think it's an infection but maybe I'm wrong, we cleaned her ears today w solution, but that's a temporary fix. I just don't want her to have to be on these drops for the rest of her life, I feel bad, I'm hoping for something more natural, because with the drops the scratching always seems to come back, and I just can't figure out why.
