Have you tried a male wrap for him? I know you can order them from Dr. Foster & Smith. I have never tried them but know of people who have and they seem to like how they work. It is a product that you wrap around the little guy's belly that will absorb the urine if he pees. As far as him not wanting to be picked up...try luring him with treats or a toy. Try to get him to come to you and make it fun for him. If you are frustrated or upset, he WILL know it. You can work with the leash by putting the leash on him and letting him roam on his own. Then when you want to lead him, use a treat to reward him if he does good. Try to praise and reward him as much as possible.

I got upset and started to cry I dont know what to do except keep him either outside or in his crate. I cant have him marking everywhere and he wont stay on a leash. HELP!!
