I would get her to the vet and have her xrayed for an blockage of some sort. That is what it sounds like to me. If she is refusing to eat, my opinionis she needs to be seen immediately.

Subject: [boxer lovers] Vomiting
My 5 month old fawn boxer, Bella is vomiting 6-10 hours after she eats. It's happened twice already this week. She doesn't want to eat this morning. This is the first time that she hasn't wanted to eat. She eats Nutro dog food and eats raw fruits & veggies so I know she's getting a healthy diet. Please help this boxer mommy.....:(
