PERMISSION TO CROSSPOST This is from our good friend, Cindy McGownd, who does so much for the animals in rural SW Indiana. She has taken it upon herself to get this dog the care she deserves. Witnesses saw the owner kicking this dog repeatedly in the stomach. The dog was then found in a muddy puddle in the road. She appears to be a miniature doxie. Cindy needs help with the vet bills, however. She is willing to keep this dog until she finds her a home - even if that means forever. Charges have not been filed because the witnesses are in fear of the owner and will not come forward to the authorities. Please help with a donation if you can! |
