We only have pelts here because the "twins" chew a hole in the toys, start pulling the stuffing out, and I remove it all! Pelts last a lot longer! Vida with Minnie and Sherman Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone |

Subject: [boxer lovers] Stuffed Dog Toys

We made a discovery at my house recently. I have a pup who loves to get the stuffing out of the dog toys. I would put the stuffing back in and mend the toy. Sooner or later she would get it out again. None of my other dogs do this. One day she destuffedone of the toys she played with a lot. She kept trying to get it back while I was fixing it. So we got and idea. We took the remainder of the stuffing out of the toy and gave it back to her. She loved it. She does not chew up the toy itself just a hole to get the stuffing out. I worry so much about her eating the stuffing and getting sick. I never leave them with anything but a Kong toy when I am gone. So before you throw away a stuffed toy try removing the stuffing and give it back and see what happens. Mary Rue |
