Boxers as a BREED react to tranqs and anesthetics different than other breeds.
ACE is DEFINITELY not to be used on boxers. Any vet that doesn't know this and refuses to abide by your wishes as well as "best practices" needs to be FIRED as your vet! Sooner rather than later. Even if you have to drive further, find a vet with some real brains in his/her head

I was talking to my vet again about neutering my male boxer and he said he would use ace. If I don't want it he won't do the surgery . Any one have any medical facts about this? Like a medical report not just hear say . thanks
