I would like to thank all of you sincerely for your empathy and support during these few trying days.
Maxie had an extraordinarily long innings for a Boxer; for this, I shall always be grateful. His health was excellent until mid-2013, when he began to have mobility problems and nervous tics. With the help of a marvellous vet, we were able to buy him several months of bonus quality time. Still, as dog people we have to live with the fact that our canine friends do not live nearly as long as we do.
I hope to restart the cycle soon with another goofy, wriggly and energetic Boxer.
Warm regards,
Adam

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've lost 3 boxers in the last 13 years, so I know exactly how you feel. Know that you'll see them again someday.

He was a very handsome boy. So sorry for your loss. Hope that soon you will mostly remember the good times and the love, and not so much the ending and the loss.

This afternoon I lost my beloved Maxie. He was 13, and had been with me for over 10 years.

I plan to adopt another Boxer before too long.
Regards to all,
Adam
