My mother has a 9yr old Doxie that is quite ill right now she is in a special hospital in California. She has what they say is a Leukemia type disease she does not have cancer just her blood platelets are messed up. She has been in the hospital for a week and has showed a little progress. The problem with this is it takes time and time is money and when you are on a fixed income there is not a lot of it. We as a family are helping but I was just wondering if anyone knows of any organizations that might help. Her pup is her best friend I really hate to see us not be able to do all we can. Please if anyone knows anything we all would greatly appreciate it Elizabeth
