My older daughter just had to put her Bull mastiff to sleep. We bought him at 8 weeks for $900 from a breeder who said he was going to be to over size to show. I brought him home on my lap almost in my 2 hands. He was so cute and turned out to be a great dog. He was easily obedience trained, loved the kids, the cats, even other dogs. He had his own special greetings for each family member. Mine was, he would take my wrist and gently lead me into the house. My youngest daughter he would sit give her his paw before walking her into the House. At 2 years old he fell jumping into the car for a ride, he had his knee replaced then. He stopped eating last Wednesday, today he had a vet appointment. I went to help my daughter, his eyes looked jaundice, even the inside of the ears. The vet ran tests and xrays and said it ws late stae cancer. It is heartbreak for our whole family. Rest in peace Doz we love you

books like children and dogs should be loved,
Literature is my utopia,
It is the beginning of the end of a society or family when they no longer take care of their young or their old
