One good trick for doggie weight loss is Green Beans. Dogs love them but they have little or no nutritional value for dogs. they are also good filler for the dogs. I have, on occasion, used green beans as training treats. The dogs adore them!

Yeah my boxer is very lean it doesn't matter how much you feed her she stays pretty skinny. However I would make sure to keep him a healthy weight cause once he gains it is a pain to shed it off. Dogs have a slow weight loss process it can take years to just shed a few pounds.
