My 2 year old Boxer/American bulldog mix was just diagnosed by her vet with dysplasia in both hips and arthritis in her lower back. Does anyone know a good orthopedic specialist I can take her to for an evaluation. The vet thinks she will need a total hip replacement and although I know this is out of my budget, I would like a 2nd opinion and some suggestions on how to care for her moving forward.
I live in the Fort Washington area.
