Hi. Does the skin under her front legs turn black and stinky? Is blackened elephant like skin. It's the doxie common skin problem Acanthosis nigrans. My Izzy has been bothered with it since we got her , sometimes it's almost unnoticeable and other it's bad. We do give her a 1/4 tsp of pure virgin unrefined coconut oil and she eats a very good kibble- she gets salmon oil and veggies but there is no cure for this stuff and it is breed common. I did go get a tube of otomax ointment (prescrip only)the other day and it has helped clear her up a little. We have used it in the past Good luck please keep us posted if your vet find something that works !! Would love to know
