Well, the last thing I would recommend is walmart or target dog food. That
said, wal mart carries raw meat. Which really IS the best for them.
If you just cannot do that, look to quality foods, NOT the ones sold by
vets, those are rackets, that have high meat protein and low or no grain
content. Grain is indigestible to dogs. all you are doing with grains is
filling the dog with more stuff they have to poop and you have to either
clean up or dodge in the yard.

I go to get my Christmas present Saturday, a little boxer girl. What are
your recommendations for food? I would prefer something that I can purchase
