First, thank you so much for all the information!
I took Aurora to the vet today and 1st suggestion was a surgery. Her tumor is right by urinary tract, so surgery (considering how much tissue they have to remove) and recovery (possibility of constant infection) after didn't seem like the best solution, unless that would be the only treatment.
I expressed my concerns to the vet and she agreed to take a sample (needle) and send it to the lab.
Bottom line, looks like Aurora has so-called mast sell tumor. Possibly we will be able to treat it with benadryl and steroids. After the results come back, we will be redirected to oncologist, who also has oncologist surgeon on stuff.
Hopefully we are not at terrible stage. Wish us luck and thank you again.
