Thoughtful Choices
Our Choice: It's bird migration season, and, unfortunately, birds often have trouble distinguishing glass structures, particularly at night, when light reflects off the glass. The National Aquarium uses green lights at night to steer birds away from our glass pyramids.

Your Choice: There are lots of things you can do to help migratory birds along their journey. You can start by making your yard bird-friendly, and there are tactics you can try to help keep birds from colliding with your windows at home, such as applying decals.
