7 month old puppy is probably teething - just keep an eye on him - may have to tie him up with a 30-foot lead till he learns - give him tough chew toys - i give my 7 month old Gracie chew toys i got at PetSmart - when she tries to chew something outside, i just say "leave it" and when she does good, i give her a doggie biscuit or something - anyway, he's definitely teething, just like mine
