[boxer lovers] Itchy Boxer

 

I have a female Boxer named Lucy. She has been starting to itch on the top of her rump! I don't see where there is anything there, but she is itching alot!
Is there anything I can put on her to see if it is an external thing vs an internal?
Any suggestions at this point would be most helpful!
