RE: [boxer lovers] What should I avoid and what should I look for in a search for a puppy.

You never know what your missing unless you look. We bought Maggie from mo add listed on petfinder. She is a German euro boxer full papered and we went back and got her sister. Best add I ever called. Tammy

You could look at them to evaluate what they have. I just saw a listing on Crigslist for my area for a 3yr old female. Owner was moving and couldn't take her with. It was free

Almost got her but I already have have 2 so am gonna stop there.

So, what is the best way to avoid getting a puppy from a puppy mill? When searching online for breeders, I tend to skip over anything that's Craigs list, Amazon, or with forsale in the web address. Does that mean I am missing good breeders by not using sites like doggies.com and hoobly.com?

I would prefer to work with someone in VA, NC, TN or WV.
