Re: [boxer lovers] Hi all!

I think what Karon is saying is that some people that are just out for the money they can make off of people that don't know the risk involved and are only looking for the dogs that are different in color would be more likely to buy a blue than another color... the whites are still that way... but I don't see how that a skin problem is the same as possible blindness with the whites..... but anyway these people don't usually explain to you everything involved because they are afraid to lose a sale...

I believe I have shown over and over this is not the case here...I got Boo and Taupee by accident..I did not know anything about the blue boxer when they appeared in the litter we had from Maggie...and I had her spayed as soon as possible after she was strong enough from having puppies and raising them... But after I researched and talked to many people I felt the risk was worth taking if I had a line that did not get the Alopecia...so I bred Boo... whether I breed her again ... I am not sure...but I am not doing it for the money believe me... I just love the look of the blue Boxer ...at least the ones we have had because I have see some advertised that I don't like the way they look... and they were way too expensive anyway.
