Don't waste your money! This is just woo-woo pseudoscience, and does not work. We just had a discussion here in the office about "ShooTags" which is the same thing. Since my software company is full of science geeks, a lot of research was done, and the uniform consensus is that this simply a scam.
You might find these links helpful if you don't believe my geeks. These concern the ShooTag, but the product you reference is basically the same thing.
