By the way. Mange is easily curable with a 30 Dosage (orally) of Ivermect which can be gotten fairly inexpensively from farm stores or online pharmacies. One big thing is to make sure along with it the dog is getting good nutrition.

03/08 URGENTS Montgomery Cty Animal Shelter Mt Sterling, KY


Male Boxer with severe mange and extreme neglect. I don't have the kennel
number or his number but he would be hard to mix up with another dog, truly
sad and he is laying out in the sun because the shelter is cold inside and
I imagine he is unable to retain much heat. Montgomery County Animal
Shelter, Mt Sterling KY.


Unless otherwise noted, these animals are in danger of euthanasia prior to
the weekend. Time is up for many. More have come in and we will post them
as we get pictures. Please share with other Rescuers, No Craig's List
please. No pull fee...released to Non-Profit 501c3's.


Montgomery County Animal Shelter, Mount Sterling, KY Hours 7:30-3pm
Mon.-Friday Most of these dogs are in URGENT status unless otherwise noted.
Help is available for pulling and some transporting is available. The adult
dogs are kenneled alone so do not know their attitude about other dogs. You
can call me at 859-293-9397, if you have questions that need answers right
