Brenda, one thing you may not have considered would be the social games on
Facebook. There is always Words with Friends if you are into scrabble among
MANY others.
I have a dear, dear friend who, last summer fell suddenly ill and was in a
coma. In the end, he had to have a liver transplant and spent MANY months in
the hospital.
To pass the time, he joined into several social games on Facebook and many
of his friends joined as well to keep him company. That is how I was hooked
on Mobsters<G> but, there are many other games to try. And, in playing those
games, you not only interact with your current friends, but will make many
more in the process. since joining Mobsters, I have made a lot of new
friends, all over the world. it is a lot of fun.
And, as it happens, my friend's surgery and transplant were difficult but,
ultimately, successful and he is now home and recovering well. Mobsters was
a great way to keep him company and his mind occupied. He enjoyed it
greatly. And now, *I* am hooked<G> if you decide to play mobsters, let me
know. I'll be happy to help you along<G>
Anyway, just an idea and something to consider when you are home bound.

boxers.
