Re: [boxer lovers] boxer eyesight

Beah:

This is something you really need to address with a vet visit.  There is a whole host of things that could be going on and only an expert can really answer your questions/concerns.

Good luck!

I have a 6 year old Boxer gurl named Cho.

She has lived with me for about 13 months.

I notice that she seems to run into me and other things

outside. For example if we are out walking in the woods

and she is racing about, if I move, she may well run right

into my leg! NOT FUN! I live on a property with multi homes.

It seems Cho can't recognize the other people until she's done her

-woo woo woo- bark and approached them!

The cats seem to be able to get by her too--like she doesn't see them.

I thought to post today because my cat went walking past Cho outside

and she didn't even look--the cat is black with white paws.

Can any of you speak to Boxer eyesight in general?

My Huskie mix, Odie, seems to have very keen eyesight.

Thanks

Beah
