My interest is learning more about the breed, and finding out about breeders. Breeder rather than rescue at this time because of health issues, more specifically heart. The kids lost their father, and I my husband almost three years ago because of a genetic heart condition. Each child has a 50/50 chance of having it, and I to avoid the same scenario with the family pet.
I also do not want to support puppy mills, and I think this group will be a source in avoiding a mill.
