me from an untimely death. My days are numbered, and I don't want to
die. I can be adopted, rescued or sponsored . If you can't adopt, I beg
you to consider fostering me in your home until someone can find me a
permanent home. All my doggie inmates and I are adoptable; but the
Shelter is overflowing and can only hold us a few days as there is
limited space available.. We just need a little more time and exposure
to find that special someone who wants a loving and devoted companion in
their family. SHARE our plea for life with all your friends. Surely you
can save most of us.!
We are all dependent on your efforts now. Our lives are in your hands.
I am only one of so many homeless//abandoned/abused animals in a "kill"
shelter with no chance of ever having a loving and "furever" home unless
kindly humans intervene and save us. It is heartbreaking to see all my
doggie friends on "death row" with sad eyes and waggy tails just hoping
someone will see the great potential in them and decide to rescue them.
We are the forgotten ones. Our picture is our last and final contact
with the world unless ... So, spread the word - Get us outta here!
WCAS is a high "kill" shelter but rescue friendly and begging for
rescue groups to help them save these animals. Transport help is
available in certain areas.
The Shelter accepts SPONSORSHIP (paying the $55 fee) of pet only if
someone will also offer to foster/adopt/rescue the pet from the Shelter.
There is NO ROOM at Shelter to hold these pets. When a pet is sponsored,
it is then spayed/neutered and vetted. It is inhumane to put the animal
through these procedures unless there is a definite place for it to go
after surgery/vetting is completed. YOU CAN SUBMIT OFFER OF SPONSORSHIP
by contacting Nikki Headley Swedberg on FB or by email -
swedberg@embarqmail.com. An offer to sponsor increases the
possibility of the pet being saved from an untimely death!
