I know that my 4 year old boy will make like squealing/gurgling noises at times. He gets upset stomachs if his breakfast and dinner are more than 12 hours apart. Sometimes if something he ate (he is part goat) doesn't agree with him. The next morning his stomach/intestines (maybe) make the noises. If they are bad I give him 1 Pepcide pill (he is 66lbs) and it goes away. It doesn't happen to often but it freaks me out for sure! He is a momma's boy and will sit on top of me when he doesn't feel good. Most of the time for him it is his feeding schedule. We also have him on Nature's Recipe dog food and that has helped curb the issue (of course the Venison line). Prior he was on Iams and that was awful.
