While the female can control somewhat the size of the puppies, no way small enough for the yorkie to survive and there be multiple surviving puppies. It's doubtful if the female, the Yorkie would have survived the breeding. And if she had, there would have been injury and any good vet would have done the equivalent of "the morning after" shot.
