Morning all,

This one gets me. You know how I am about seniors and especially senior doxies. I may have read it too fast but I'm not sure how they ended up at the shelter. The shelter contact says they're good girls in need of a rescue who will take them together. At their age, they need to stay together. I know it's tough finding placement for one senior, let alone two.

Does anyone have room? Sounds like they have funds to be vetted and if transport comes through the Kansas City area, I'd be happy to help.

I have forwarded you an email about two senior Doxie girls who are very urgent. They will need a home together because they are very attached to each other. They are both extremely sweet and well-natured.

Cookie and Cupcake are here, PLEASE work rescue on them. I don't want these senior girls sitting in the shelter for 5 months.

They are between 10 and 13. Both are spayed and good with kids. They need to stay together; they are very close. Where one goes the other will follow. They are good with other dogs, and I think that they maybe good with cats as well.
