Thanks to all for your responses. I took him to the vet and there are not parasites or anything like that. The vet said that I was feeding him too much. Since it is an all life stages food, it says to feed puppies up to 2x more. I was feeding 2x more, but she said to cut back a bit. So we'll see how that works out.
