He bit my niece on the leg and my granddaughter. They tried to bend down

The above information is from when Dusty's Mom first got divorced last year and thought she may have to give him up, here's an update I received recently: I don't know if you remember me, but last year I was looking for help with my dachshund Dusty. I found a place that was pet friendly to live; however, I can't make it on my own and am moving to TX the end of September. My daughter says that I can't have Dusty there. Would you be able to help me? I am so upset about this. I don't want to give him up because he is 10 years old. Below is all of the information that I had sent you before. He would be better with an older woman with no children and who doesn't have a lot of company. He is getting a lot better, but still has separation anxiety. I can put him in a crate, but I gave him acepromazine. |
