SOS AADR is full and we need to find help for this boy!! Please cross post to everyone!!! Lets pull together and find a place for this boy!
There is a young male dachshund in the Colbert County shelter and he needs out of there ASAP. This shelter is not the best and not the worst shelter but it is a high kill shelter. This little guys name is Peanut. He is young. I would guess maybe 2 or 3 years old. He was turned into the shelter by his owner because he killed the owner's chickens. He is not neutered. He weighs about 15 pounds maybe. He maybe a dachshund mix but not for sure. His legs are a little long but I've seen pure dachshunds that are a little leggy. He is very sweet and very scared. He has a wonderful temperament. He is shy but just wants to be loved. Peanut is the 3rd dachshund turned into this shelter in less than 2 weeks. The other 2 have been taken into rescue and now I need help in finding a place for Peanut. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thank you so much in advance. | AADR Transport Team www.allamericandachshundrescue.org Rescue one until there are none. | |
