I am not sure that would work. You want to reduce dry skin so maybe using a soft cloth to rub down the dog every day would help. It is not really the dog we are allergic to but the dander and dust carried on the dogs coat. [If I am wrong, don't jump too hard...] I can keep Ginger 'dusted' she is more comfortable and the allergic person breathes easier, too.
