This rescuer is slowly loosing it. She would rather give her dogs to rescue, than to see them end up in Metro.
We do understand the reluctance to donate to a rescuer that you do not know. She is a good person she is also handicapped. Her income is very limited so if she ever is able to get this covered this year, she will have to figure these fees into her budget.
She did receive one $20 donation, but it does not show up, because her Pay Pal is not verified yet. She contacted them to help her do this, and we put a temp Pay Pal there, until hers is verified. All funds if any will be sent directly to her.
She did work with a Dachshund rescue group at one time, until she learned that the person was not very reputable, so she now has several Doxies that need help!!

Unfortunately at this point we will have to start to find rescues or other homes for these Dachshunds.
She would rather see them go somewhere else than to end up at Metro, where they may be hurt by other animals or put down.
I honestly understand people's reservations, who most probably do not know her, but she is a good person, and she is handicapped, so we need to do the next best thing if we can not raise the funds.
