Jenell,
    Hi! How are you doing? Well we feel that the time has come to finally surrender Layla. She has bitten, very minor but none the less Kaleb our 1 year old twice and the other day bit me in the face while trying to bite Kaleb. We feel that at this point it is just an accident waiting to happen because she has a lot of aggression issues towards him. Do you have room right now? We are willing to pay the fee

Here is all her info:

* Layla is a Long haired Dachshund, black and tan,  4.5.   years old about 17 lbs tweenie   has minor epilepsy that is easily controlled with medication. Has not had a seizure in over three years. Has some hot spots right now on skin.

* She is spayed
* We are surrendering her for safety issues around our toddler son.
* She is up to date on all vaccinations and we can provide vet records. She is ok to travel in the car and has had puppy training classes. Can sit, stay fetch, basic commands. Is leash trained.
*  Last treated for fleas this month, never dewormed and never had a problem with it.
* Does not do well with cats but has done very well with other dogs. We also have another Dachshund.
* She is potty trained and only goes inside if can't get outdoors.
* She does have some problems with small children and can get aggressive towards other dogs when there is food involved. She is just territorial.
* She is pretty hyper and loves being around people. Super friendly and loves to play with toys, socks and LOVES and I mean LOVES balls. She will play fetch for hours. She loves to go on car rides.
* She was diagnosed with epilepsy which is currently being treated with potassium bromide
* She currently has some hot spots on her skin that we believe are due to the weather.
