Here is the ad for this dog. Her expiration date is Saturday. She has
tried to contact a rescue in Florida. Sagen sounds like she is willing to
drive anywhere to meet someone for this dog. She was her patient for
several months and she's a little attached to her.

Hi! This is Geni. She is 3-4 yr old, spayed female UTD on shots that has
had IVDD. She had surgery about 8 months ago, but unfortunately has failed
to regain the use of her hind legs. She has a super snazzy wheelchair that
she can run like the wind in, and has the most zest for life of any dog
I've ever met... and that's the truth :) She LOVES toys, little dresses,
and cookies. She's house trained and can defecate on her own, but urine
needs to be manually expressed 2-3x a day (its not hard I swear).
She has been at my former hospital in Birmingham for the past 8 months
rehabbing, but her owners finally decided that they will not continue her
stay there, and do not want her back because she cannot urinate on her own
:(
THIS IS A FANSTASTIC ANIMAL!!! She deserves a loving home and will be your
very best friend.
If you are interested PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE contact me. The clock is
ticking and she will be euthanized next week if no one adopts or fosters
her. I can't let that happen!
IF YOU WANT HER I WILL PICK HER UP IN BIRMINGHAM AND DELIVER HER TO YOUR
