well Donna that sounds like a good plan.I hope by next year you have it done,dropping 6 lb for a dog is like us dropping 60lb.It takes it good ole time to go away,so have patience and keep it up....Manuela

The vet we use say my dog is very fat and should only weigh 11 pounds, she weighs 17 so she is 6 pounds over. So I am giving 1/3 cup of food in am and pm. She get no salt green french style beans with 2 carrots at lunch and if she needs it some beans at night. Understand I can give her some boiled chicken. Will try that later.I want her to lose it by her b-day Aug 30. We are playing fetch alot and she runs a lot though the house too. The heat is bad her and when I come home from work it is close to 100. So she doesnt get out side alot right now. but we are trying.
