Before you spend much of anything, try some on her. Mine hates clothes. She will put up with a coat when it's oh, 15 degrees outside, but the cold also doesn't seem to bother her for a short walk. She is inside most of the time, so . . . . she basically fights putting clothes on, though. I just decided that she was, after all, a dog and she was born naked and wanted to stay that way. Also, so many things you will get at places for pets will not fit doxies right. If you are going to bother, you probably need to spend what it takes to get things actually made for doxies. Then at least they fit!
If you have a Wal Mart close, they sell lots of clothes for dogs at very reasonable prices.

Sugar is so tiny at only 2pds right now. I been wanting to get her some shirts but hate paying $20 a piece at the petstores for a size she'll outgrown in a month.
if anyone has any xx small shirts or girls clothes their dogs have outgrown, and want to sell them please let me know?
