Red Dachshund - skin allergy problems (Rocky)

 

My mom’s 10 year old “Rocky” is having horrible time with skin allergies. Vet is giving allergy shots regularly but nothing seems to be helping. Mom and pet are miserable about it.....any experience or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
