I don't know way everyone is surprised by this, its been happening for years but its only quietly been mentioned even here in our own boxer world. unfortunately over the years as society has turned to the evils of only thinking of ones self, there will always be a nut job out there in no matter what competition your're in weather it be in dogs or the workplace.
