The problem with most "anti-puppy mill" legislation is wording gets snuck into it by the so called "animal rights" people that makes legitimate breeding difficult if not impossible. Texas has lately shown itself to be in the leading edge of animal ownership unfriendly legislature.
I agree, though. If you are going to ask us to support one side or another of a legislative bill, please include a good clear cut link to the actual bill as well as your reasons why we should support your side.
